At Crystal Whiskers, we exclusively breed Canadian Sphynx cats. This amazing breed is promoted at international and national cat shows.
The aim of Crystal Whiskers breeding programme is to obtain healthy features as close to the breed standard as possible.
Our cats and kittens have wonderful temperaments due to being well socialised from the early stages which means that they can usually be homed to a household with children. Our kittens’ development is carefully monitored.
Please note: We do not breed and we do not support the breeding of designer varieties such as elf, dwarf or bambino.
Our cats are an indispensable part of our family. Kittens are socialised and their development is carefully monitored. This means that we want to be sure who our pupils go to, and the potential guardians of the sphinx and their cat’s child will be well-matched.
Crystal whiskers cats are free from Feline leukaemia virus (FELV), and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). We check this every year, with diagnostic testing. Our cats hold certification, confirming they are free from genetic Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), this is checked yearly, by cardiology ultrasonography.
As a veterinarian, I personally supervise, their health, and both physical and emotional development closely. All of our cats have a beautiful nature. All of our kittens are brought up, ensuring they are used to children, normal household noises, all in a loving family environment.
Our cats are registered in GCCF and TICA. Each kitten comes with pedigree certification which verifies that they are purebred.
